見面后要親切問候
求職者帶給面試官的第一印象一定要落落大方,見面后一定要親切問候。通常面試官的桌上會(huì)有名牌,如果面試官姓李,求職者可以從“Good morning, Mr. Lee”開始,拉近兩人的距離。當(dāng)面試官問求職者:“How are you?” 求職者可以回答:”Couldn’t be better!”顯示出個(gè)人“愉悅的人格屬性”。 面試官除了關(guān)心求職者的學(xué)歷及經(jīng)驗(yàn)(這些可以從簡(jiǎn)歷表來觀察)之外,面試官還會(huì)考核求職者的“個(gè)性”及“態(tài)度”。這時(shí),建議求職者以“2S1H”來表達(dá)自己的個(gè)性?!?S 1H”中,S是“Serious”,H是“Humorous”的意思。求職者可以說自己的個(gè)性是:Diligent, logical and happy. Diligent1,和logical,是屬于嚴(yán)肅的描述;happy是屬于幽默感的描述。但是,在表情上要搭配得宜,例如,說自己是個(gè)happy的人的時(shí)候,表情也應(yīng)該是微笑的。如何掌握準(zhǔn)確的表情,有賴于對(duì)自己性格的了解。
自我介紹重點(diǎn)突出
企業(yè)一般在招聘時(shí)有些什么要求呢?求職者工作的長(zhǎng)度、所負(fù)責(zé)的職務(wù)內(nèi)容描述、能運(yùn)用的技能(例如英語及電腦或某種專業(yè))等等,這些都是面試官最關(guān)心的內(nèi)容。面試的時(shí)間有限,求職者必須先掌握企業(yè)的要求,做好符合條件內(nèi)容的陳述。
許多求職者在自傳中,花了很多版面描述家庭狀況;或是當(dāng)面試官要求做自我介紹時(shí),求職者沒有掌握重點(diǎn),拉拉雜雜說了一堆。這時(shí),即使求職者英文程度不錯(cuò),冗長(zhǎng)無意義的贅述,也會(huì)讓面試官不耐煩。在有限的面試時(shí)間里,求職者要掌握訴求的重點(diǎn),并以邏輯的方式,一一道出企業(yè)所需要知道的信息。
對(duì)應(yīng)陳述準(zhǔn)備充分
在英語面試時(shí),面試官經(jīng)常會(huì)要求職者做“英語自我介紹”。一般在陳述的第一段,求職者要呈現(xiàn)出與職務(wù)目標(biāo)相關(guān)的學(xué)識(shí)和技能;第二段,要表達(dá)過去的經(jīng)歷和個(gè)人專長(zhǎng);第三段,表達(dá)求職者的學(xué)習(xí)精神,和“懇請(qǐng)給予面試機(jī)會(huì)”的意愿。在英語面試時(shí),求職者很可能被問到某種并不擅長(zhǎng)的技能,或缺乏某種經(jīng)驗(yàn)的項(xiàng)目時(shí),這時(shí),面對(duì)面試官的質(zhì)疑,求職者也有方法可以安然度過。1. 承認(rèn)面試官提出的問題。2. 舉出曾經(jīng)歷過的具體的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及教訓(xùn)。3. 提出具體改善的方法。4. 強(qiáng)調(diào)自己學(xué)習(xí)力極強(qiáng),表示自己可以很快迎頭趕上。承認(rèn)面試官提出的問題,可以“避免”求職者露出“反對(duì)面試官”的態(tài)度。求職者馬上“反對(duì)面試官”,是絕對(duì)沒有好處的。舉出曾經(jīng)歷過的具體的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及教訓(xùn),以及提出具體改善的方法,則可以將過去的成績(jī)具體化。最后,強(qiáng)調(diào)自己學(xué)習(xí)力極強(qiáng),表示自己可以很快迎頭趕上,則是化解面試官的疑慮。這樣一來,求職者可以馬上化弱點(diǎn)為優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
面試結(jié)束,有禮有節(jié)
當(dāng)結(jié)束了面試,求職者要表達(dá)勝不驕、敗不餒的態(tài)度。求職者即使感到自己表現(xiàn)不是非常好,也可以用幽默感及好的態(tài)度為自己加分。例如,離場(chǎng)時(shí),求職者可以說:Thank you very much. Know something about the organization you are applying to. (了解一些你申請(qǐng)工作單位的情況)
Dress properly. Don't shake hand with the interviewer until he/she extends his/her hand. (穿著要得體,人家伸手時(shí)才握手。)
