有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的人:
如果已經(jīng)有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),面試官就不太關(guān)心你四年前在學(xué)校有多么厲害,而是更想知道你之前工作的成績和感受,你的個(gè)人技能是不是和面前職位相吻合,因此重點(diǎn)要放在工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)講述上面。
比如現(xiàn)在面試一個(gè)marketing方面的工作,就要著重講之前在這方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn),比如:
In the past two years, I have been working with 某某某 company as a marketing specialist.
During the time, I have been trained to e某ploit new markets in North America and managed to coordinate the partnership agreement between YYY company and us.
此外,還可以講述工作中運(yùn)用地技能、成就和感受。
2.Why do you hire you?
這個(gè)問題也是面試中老生常談的問題。之前商英君和小伙伴面試培訓(xùn)時(shí)候,大家就一起談?wù)撨^這個(gè)問題。當(dāng)時(shí)的指導(dǎo)老師就教導(dǎo)說,對(duì)于這個(gè)問題,一定要讓對(duì)方覺得“門當(dāng)戶對(duì)”而是“高攀”才行。
具體來說,面試人員最好不要過分強(qiáng)調(diào)“某某某公司是個(gè)大公司、這是非常好的個(gè)人平臺(tái)”。
因?yàn)槊嬖嚬倬拖衩狡牛麄冏钕胫赖氖履闩洳慌涞闷鹉衬衬彻?,John F. Kennedy曾經(jīng)說過的一句名言 "ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country." 面試官也是一樣,他么想知道你能給公司帶來什么,而不是公司給你帶來什么。

這個(gè)問題也是面試官的心頭愛。一般我們遇到這種問題,如果沒有事前準(zhǔn)備的話,也會(huì)癱倒在地,這個(gè)問題實(shí)在是太刁鉆了。
一般情況下,大家會(huì)把自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)包裝成弱點(diǎn),比如說:太善良,不會(huì)決絕別人的請(qǐng)求之類的。
但職業(yè)培訓(xùn)師說,這樣會(huì)顯得很假,那些老道的面試官是不會(huì)buy it的。所以,遇到這種問題,還是要真誠一些,畢竟sincerity is the best policy to earn trust但真誠也要講究技巧。
比如,如果面試的是一個(gè)財(cái)務(wù)工作,你說自己是a person with a big vision, but sometimes miss some details那也不行,畢竟財(cái)務(wù)工作就是和小數(shù)點(diǎn)后面的數(shù)字較勁的工作,如果你不拘小節(jié),那么公司賬目估計(jì)會(huì)一塌糊涂,這樣的人面試官肯定不敢用。
在比如,你去面試一個(gè)客戶維護(hù)的工作,但是你說 sometimes, I may lose patience. 這樣的話,基本也無緣這項(xiàng)工作了。
所以盡管都是真誠,但還是要有策略,大前提就是這個(gè)缺點(diǎn)對(duì)于這份工作來說不是致命的,不是必須的skill set.
一般回答這類問題,可以用欲揚(yáng)先抑的辦法,先承認(rèn)缺點(diǎn),再強(qiáng)調(diào)正在改進(jìn)或打算改進(jìn),之后再點(diǎn)綴上他人的評(píng)價(jià),肯定改進(jìn)效果,常見的可用答案比如“時(shí)間管理” “多任務(wù)處理能力”等等,都算是無傷大雅,可以被接受的缺點(diǎn)。

如果沒有規(guī)劃,會(huì)被面試官看成是混日子,沒有目標(biāo),沒有培養(yǎng)價(jià)值;但如果展示太多雄心,想法太多,面試官會(huì)覺得“非池中物”,長久留不住,穩(wěn)定性不夠;因此,回答這個(gè)問題就需要把握度。

這個(gè)問題正面來想,也算是一件大喜事,畢竟只有業(yè)績好,別人才會(huì)有想法,所以可以強(qiáng)調(diào)下做得好這個(gè)事實(shí),并表態(tài)會(huì)再接再厲,繼續(xù)為公司增值。
其次,學(xué)會(huì)找原因,一般職場(chǎng)強(qiáng)人給人的感覺都是硬邦邦的,與同事交流過少,導(dǎo)致人際關(guān)系不佳,別人才不會(huì)真心為你祝福。
