ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production monitoring and product inspection.
監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)以及檢驗(yàn)產(chǎn)品。
Assist with the implementation and management of quality management system
協(xié)助品質(zhì)體系的實(shí)施和維護(hù)。
Maintain strict document control standards, quality records, and policy compliance

Support Root Cause Corrective Action teams, utilizing the 8D process to ensure that corrective actions are effectively identified and driven to closure, and that learning from 8D’s is effectively propagated to maximize the value of this disciplined problem solving approach.

Provide resources necessary to implement, maintain and continually improve processes

Work with engineering and support as needed for any prototype samples or products processed through the production floor

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of ISO9001:2008 and FDA Quality Systems preferred.
熟悉ISO體系,了解FDA體系者優(yōu)先考慮。
Familiarity with electronics structure manufacturing and assembly preferred
熟悉電子產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)和組裝者優(yōu)先考慮。
Proficiency with quality tools including but not limited to: SPC creation and interpretation, RCA, FMEA, Control Plan, CAPA.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS (Needed/desired for this Position)
教育/經(jīng)驗(yàn)/技能
? Associated degree, with more than 3 years working experience in quality management.
大專學(xué)歷,在品質(zhì)管理有3年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
? Familiar with office software, like word, excel, PPT etc.
熟練掌握辦公軟件,如WORD、EXCEL、PPT等。
? Familiar with DCC.
熟悉文控方面的工作。

MKSC is looking for Laser Quality Technicians that are knowledgeable of Solid State Laser systems.
This Job Description includes
? Inspect & verify the laser systems to meet quality requirements
? Participate in the laser manufacturing process audit from quality perspective
? Analyze and disposition component defects and prepare the report for quality engineer.
? Review laser assembly & testing process and analyze test data
? Make the laser part inspection standard
? Closely monitor the test yield and work with quality engineer / cross function team to investigate
the root cause of quality problem and implement the corrective/preventive action to drive for
continuous quality improvement.
Requirements:
? Minimum 2 years of laser manufacturing experience and associate’s degree in Laser Technology
? Good technical understanding of lasers, electronics, optics and related components and systems
? Good understanding of laser theory and optical alignment experience
? Be familiar with quality tool (8D, Pareto Chart, SPC, PFMEA, Control plan, Gage R&R)
? The ability to trouble shooting the laser system are a plus
? Can read, write and comprehend English
? Knowledge of analog and digital circuitry
