　　請假條[因事需離開而不能履行自己的指責(zé)/上課，就應(yīng)該寫事假條征得上級負(fù)責(zé)人/老師同意。事假條一般都很短，只需將事由交代清楚。

　　1.事假條(note asking for affair /business

　　leave)【采用書信格式;注明請假期限及事由;事由要充分，語氣要恭敬?！?/p>

Dear Mr. Brown,

I beg to inform you that I shall be unable to come to school / your class today because of an important business in the family.

　　例二

1 March, 200

Dear Director,

I beg to apply for one’s week’s leave of absence from the 1^st to 7^th instant, both days inclusive, in order to return home to see my grandfather, who is now serious ill. To support my application, I herewith submit the telegram received from my father last night.
