秋分養(yǎng)生知識
1、起居要早睡早起
秋季尤其要養(yǎng)成早睡早起的好習(xí)慣。哪怕比以往早10分鐘,也是進(jìn)步。尤其是女性朋友,更要注意早睡早起。夜愈深,寒氣愈重,寒氣很容易入侵體內(nèi),給以后腰腿疼痛埋下隱患,還會導(dǎo)致咳嗽等疾病。
2、飲食須清潤溫潤為主
一場秋雨一場寒。秋分后,氣溫驟降,氣候干燥,不少人難以避免地出現(xiàn)鼻干、咽干、咽癢、皮膚干燥、呼吸道疾病以及秋季腹瀉等問題。在飲食上特別要注意預(yù)防秋燥。秋分時節(jié)最重要的當(dāng)數(shù)充足補(bǔ)水。這個補(bǔ)水應(yīng)該是全方位的,既有正常的喝水,也有皮膚的保濕,總之從頭到腳,盡量讓身體感覺潤澤舒服。
3、運(yùn)動以輕松平緩項目為主
秋高氣爽,也是鍛煉的好季節(jié)。但由于人體陰精陽氣正處在收斂內(nèi)養(yǎng)階段,運(yùn)動也應(yīng)遵循這一原則,即運(yùn)動量不宜過大,尤其是老年人、兒童和體質(zhì)虛弱者,以防出汗過多,陽氣耗損。運(yùn)動宜選擇輕松平緩、活動量不大的項目。
4、情志調(diào)理要多走走趕走抑郁惆悵
進(jìn)入秋天之后,從“天人相應(yīng)”來看,肺屬金,與秋氣相應(yīng),肺主氣司呼吸,在志為憂。肺氣虛者對秋天氣候的變化敏感,尤其是一些中老年人目睹秋風(fēng)冷雨、花木凋零、萬物蕭條的深秋景況,常在心中引起悲秋、凄涼、垂暮之感,易產(chǎn)生抑郁情緒。因此,秋季注重調(diào)攝精神為養(yǎng)生之要務(wù)。

1、要潤肺
“燥”為秋季主氣,中醫(yī)稱為“秋燥”。秋燥會導(dǎo)致人體出現(xiàn)皮膚干燥、大便干結(jié)、流鼻血、咳嗽等癥狀。由于秋燥容易損傷肺,所以秋分養(yǎng)生應(yīng)“潤其燥”,可以多吃些清潤食物,如雪梨、蓮藕、蘿卜等。
2、要滋陰
秋季氣候日漸干燥,氣血損耗大,養(yǎng)生應(yīng)注意補(bǔ)血滋陰。尤其是陰虛體質(zhì)者,常表現(xiàn)為面部有燥熱感、舌少苔、口干咽燥、手足心潮熱等癥狀,可吃些山藥、百合、無花果等滋陰食物。
3、要健脾
人們在夏季偏食涼性食物,寒氣、濕氣困住脾胃,容易導(dǎo)致脾胃虛弱,所以秋分養(yǎng)生要健脾。可以通過食補(bǔ)的方式促進(jìn)脾胃功能恢復(fù),如茯苓餅、豇豆、小米等。此外,要少吃寒涼食物和反季節(jié)性的涼性水果,如西瓜、哈密瓜等。
4、要補(bǔ)腎
秋季是哮喘病的高發(fā)期。中醫(yī)認(rèn)為,腎臟有納氣的功能,而哮喘病是由于腎臟功能虛弱而引起的喘息氣短、呼多吸少的癥狀。所以秋分要補(bǔ)腎,黑芝麻、核桃、枸杞、蓮子等都是很好的補(bǔ)腎食物。

一、 秋漸涼
As it is said in the ancient book, The Detailed Records of the Spring and Autumn Period (770-476BC), "It is on the Autumn Equinox day that the Yin and Yang are in a balance of power. Thus the day and night are of equal length, and so are the cold and hot weather."

Since the Autumn Equinox, most of the areas in China have entered the cool autumn. When the cold air southward meets the declining warm and wet air, precipitation is the result. The temperature also drops frequently.

In South China, there is a custom popularly known as "having Qiucai (autumn vegetable) on the Autumn Equinox day". Qiucai is a kind of wild amaranth. Every Autumn Equinox day, all the villagers go to pick Qiucai in the wild. Qiucai is verdant in the field, thin, and about 20 cm in length.
中國南方,逢秋分有“吃秋菜”的習(xí)俗。秋菜是一種野莧菜。每到秋分這天,全村人都去野外采摘秋菜,這時田野里的青菜碧綠纖瘦,約20公分高。
Qiucai is taken back and made into soup with fish, named "Qiutang" (autumn soup). There is a verse about the soup: "Drink the soup to clear the liver and intestines, thus the whole family will be safe and healthy".

According to experts, on the Spring Equinox and Autumn Equinox, the day and night are of equal time both in the southern and northern hemispheres. The earth’s axis, on its 66.5 degree tilt, is in a relative balance of power with the earth’s orbit around the sun. Thus it is a very conducive time for standing eggs on end.
據(jù)專家介紹,春分、秋分當(dāng)日,南、北半球日夜均等。呈66.5度傾斜的地軸與地球日公轉(zhuǎn)的軌道平面處于一種力的相對平衡狀態(tài),因此,有助于雞蛋豎立起來。
But some also say that standing the egg has nothing to do with the time. The most important thing is to shift the egg‘s center of gravity to the lowest part of the egg. 八、 祭秋月
Originally, the festival of sacrificing to the moon was set on the Autumnal Equinox day. According to historical records, as early as the Zhou Dynasty (c. 11th century-256BC), the ancient kings by custom sacrificed to the sun on the Spring Equinox, and to the moon on the Autumn Equinox.
原本祭月節(jié)是設(shè)定在秋分這天的。據(jù)史實(shí)記載,早在周朝(公元前11世紀(jì)至256年),古代君王便依照習(xí)俗于春分祭日,秋分祭月。
But since it is not a fixed day in lunar August, there might be no full moon on the Autumnal Equinox. During the festival, if there was no moon to make sacrifices to, it would spoil the fun. Thus, the day was changed to the Mid-Autumn Day.
但因每年農(nóng)歷八月,這一天并不固定,秋分當(dāng)日并不一定都出現(xiàn)圓月,而祭月若無月,則大煞風(fēng)景,故而,將祭月節(jié)由秋分改為中秋舉行。
秋分養(yǎng)生要做好“三防”
防秋涼
注意添加衣物,飲食上可以適當(dāng)吃一些高蛋白食物和辛辣食物。
防秋乏
多曬太陽、多運(yùn)動,促進(jìn)生物鐘盡快跟上季節(jié)變化。
防秋燥
多喝水以及多吃一些富含水分的蔬果,減少用取暖設(shè)備的時長,或者配合加濕器使用。
不過要提醒一下大家,千萬別去靠喝酒暖身。雖然當(dāng)時會感覺到很暖和,但那其實(shí)是酒精刺激了血液循環(huán),讓體內(nèi)的熱量都散發(fā)到了體表。過了一段時間之后,身體反而會感覺到非常冷。
