管理專(zhuān)業(yè)的英文個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷
很多人或許會(huì)認(rèn)為,雖然很多大公司要求遞交中英文簡(jiǎn)歷,但是HR大都是中國(guó)人,所以只要把中文簡(jiǎn)歷締造好,英文簡(jiǎn)歷只是走個(gè)過(guò)場(chǎng),隨便弄一下就可以了。但是外企HR告訴我們其實(shí)一名求職者最初發(fā)送的中英文簡(jiǎn)歷會(huì)跟著他求職的整個(gè)過(guò)程,或許第一輪把關(guān)的是中國(guó)人。但是,一旦到后面幾輪面試,面試官很可能是以英語(yǔ)為母語(yǔ)的人士,他們跟之前的面試官可能并沒(méi)有交流,而是完全根據(jù)你的簡(jiǎn)歷和你的表現(xiàn)來(lái)作判斷。這個(gè)時(shí)候,如果你的英文簡(jiǎn)歷如果出現(xiàn)任何差錯(cuò)的話,那么就會(huì)使你的印象大打折扣,這樣的后果往往可能變得非常嚴(yán)重。
從英語(yǔ)簡(jiǎn)歷中,企業(yè)還可以看出求職者的英語(yǔ)水平。如果簡(jiǎn)歷中有拼寫(xiě)錯(cuò)誤,那么用人單位既會(huì)質(zhì)疑求職者的做事的認(rèn)真程度也會(huì)質(zhì)疑他的英語(yǔ)水平。除了拼寫(xiě)錯(cuò)誤,文法錯(cuò)誤也是學(xué)生經(jīng)常會(huì)犯的毛病,有的錯(cuò)誤非常明顯,讓求職者糟糕的英文水平暴露無(wú)疑。
英語(yǔ)簡(jiǎn)歷也能體現(xiàn)求職者對(duì)于外來(lái)文化的了解和接受程度。很多詞語(yǔ)或說(shuō)法是中國(guó)特有的,HR視角:外國(guó)人是絕對(duì)無(wú)法理解的。
