利用學(xué)案導(dǎo)學(xué)進(jìn)行教學(xué)。“學(xué)案”由學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)、知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)、認(rèn)知方法和技能訓(xùn)練四個(gè)要素組成。教師設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)案時(shí),首先根據(jù)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),制定教學(xué)目標(biāo)和學(xué)生活動(dòng)內(nèi)容,著力點(diǎn)放在“學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)”上,它包括學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容和學(xué)法指導(dǎo),如觀察、聯(lián)想、對(duì)比、歸納、思考、討論等;還要擬定培養(yǎng)學(xué)生何種思維方法,訓(xùn)練何種能力,指導(dǎo)何種解題方法等,要準(zhǔn)確、具體,使靜態(tài)的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容動(dòng)態(tài)化。同時(shí)充分考慮學(xué)生的個(gè)性差異,認(rèn)知水平的高低,通過(guò)啟發(fā)性、趣味性等問(wèn)題設(shè)計(jì)和學(xué)案的情景設(shè)計(jì),使學(xué)生進(jìn)入角色,激起興趣,達(dá)到全體學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的目的?!皩?dǎo)學(xué)”包含兩個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容。一是“導(dǎo)”,教師要立足于“主導(dǎo)”地位,即創(chuàng)設(shè)情境、明確任務(wù);組織學(xué)習(xí)、適時(shí)點(diǎn)撥;合理評(píng)價(jià)、情感推動(dòng)。二是“學(xué)”,其中包括掃除顯性障礙和找出疑難問(wèn)題,也包括對(duì)教學(xué)內(nèi)容要點(diǎn)的梳理和重點(diǎn)目標(biāo)的明確。應(yīng)當(dāng)注意的是,這里教師的“導(dǎo)”是為學(xué)生自學(xué)服務(wù)的,學(xué)生的“學(xué)”是在教師的指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行的,二者相互配合,相輔相成。

(二)、使學(xué)生明白學(xué)習(xí)目的。學(xué)生是學(xué)習(xí)的主體,老師不能代替學(xué)生讀書(shū),代替學(xué)生感知,代替學(xué)生觀察、分析、思考,代替學(xué)生明白任何一個(gè)道理和掌握任何一條規(guī)律。 要學(xué)好英語(yǔ),首先要使學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)到學(xué)這一語(yǔ)言的目的和意義。因此我結(jié)合本地區(qū)學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況,通讀和節(jié)選教材,圍繞著最簡(jiǎn)單、最基本、最常用的英語(yǔ)詞匯、句型、交際會(huì)話等進(jìn)行教學(xué),使學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)產(chǎn)生興趣,形成學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)。

(三)、努力建立融洽的師生關(guān)系。樹(shù)立正確的學(xué)生觀,正確認(rèn)識(shí)學(xué)生的主體地位。我用自己滿腔的愛(ài)去關(guān)心、尊重學(xué)生,耐心細(xì)致地指導(dǎo)學(xué)生,溝通和學(xué)生的思想感情,使自己成為學(xué)生歡迎和愛(ài)戴的人。上課時(shí)我是學(xué)生的老師,循循善誘和激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性,大膽求異創(chuàng)新;課后我卻成為他們的好朋友,無(wú)話不談,亮起心靈之光;生活上,我是他們的父母,關(guān)懷備至。

(四)積極創(chuàng)造語(yǔ)言情景。八年級(jí)英語(yǔ)這本教材充分吸收了國(guó)際上新的外語(yǔ)教學(xué)理念和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),注重對(duì)學(xué)生綜合語(yǔ)言能力的培養(yǎng)和訓(xùn)練,強(qiáng)調(diào)以學(xué)生為主體的有意義的語(yǔ)言實(shí)踐活動(dòng),為教學(xué)營(yíng)造了輕松愉快、積極向上的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍。教材圖文并茂,安排了大量生動(dòng)有趣的活動(dòng)內(nèi)容,使英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)變得容易而有趣。教材圍繞著實(shí)用的話題,逐步開(kāi)展教學(xué)內(nèi)容和實(shí)踐活動(dòng),符合中學(xué)生的年齡、心理特征和學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)言的規(guī)律。
