《新目標英語》八年級(下冊)，全書共有十個單元，另兩個復(fù)習(xí)單元。本教材各單元話題靈活，貼近生活實際。本冊書將學(xué)習(xí)的一些語法知識點有：一般將來時、過去進行時、現(xiàn)在完成時、間接引語、時間狀語從句、條件狀語從句、反意疑問句等。同時每個單元后都提供了一篇閱讀文章，用以訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的閱讀能力，擴大學(xué)生的閱讀量。

四、學(xué)情簡要分析

整體而言，學(xué)生成績和學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度的兩級分化十分嚴重，少部分英語基礎(chǔ)好的優(yōu)秀學(xué)生，不管是在學(xué)校，還是在家，都能認真學(xué)習(xí)、主動思考問題，同時還能夠及時反饋學(xué)習(xí)情況，在他們身上，教和學(xué)得到了比較好的統(tǒng)一。與此相反的是，另一部分同學(xué)英語基礎(chǔ)很差，有些連26個字母都不能背全;學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度也十分懶散，不但不愿學(xué)，不想學(xué)，還影響課堂紀律，影響他人學(xué)習(xí)。其他大部分學(xué)生屬于中間層次，雖然不太吵，但學(xué)習(xí)情況依然很不理想，還是存在很多不想學(xué)不愿學(xué)的情況?？偟膩碚f，學(xué)生在英語學(xué)習(xí)上所存在的問題主要表現(xiàn)在:

臨近期末，天氣漸熱，不少學(xué)生上課精神不佳，導(dǎo)致課堂效率不高，而影響最后的復(fù)習(xí)效果。所以我們組打算從精心備課一頭著手，把握學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興奮點，全面觀注學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)，從激發(fā)興趣著手，開展如比賽，表揚，激勵等方法來進行教學(xué)，爭取更好的成績。

二、認真抓基礎(chǔ)，清理課文內(nèi)容。

本學(xué)期初一共教學(xué)7個單元，初二共有6個單元，課文內(nèi)容多，詞匯多，詞組多，我們五個老師分工合作，負責(zé)每一單元的詞匯，詞組，句子的整理工作，教師在上課時與學(xué)生仔細閱讀課文，提煉出關(guān)健東西，再通過抄寫，默寫來使學(xué)生掌握。具體由郁建衛(wèi)，王漪負責(zé)初二的整理工作，張秀娟，張永珍，李鶯負責(zé)初一工作。對課文中出現(xiàn)的最重要的詞組，語法點，句子作出歸納總結(jié)，然后再打印發(fā)與學(xué)生，并督促學(xué)生進行背誦及默寫，對不能過關(guān)的學(xué)生作課外輔導(dǎo)，爭取做到課課清。對于作業(yè)的編制，應(yīng)由組長進行審核。

三、認真出好每一分試卷，提高應(yīng)試能力。

期終考試說到底還是應(yīng)試，所以出好一份試裝，并進行練習(xí)和講評是很重要而且必要的。所以我們五個教師分工，由每人負責(zé)一單元的練習(xí)卷的編制。由老師對每一單元進行有效的練習(xí)及講評。對出現(xiàn)錯誤進行匯總和歸類。

復(fù)習(xí)的時間安排：

1、1———3 第一單元的復(fù)習(xí)及作業(yè)練習(xí)。( 郁建衛(wèi))

2、5——7 第二單元的復(fù)習(xí)及作業(yè)練習(xí)。(郁建衛(wèi))

3、8——10 第三單元的復(fù)習(xí)及作業(yè)練習(xí)。(郁建衛(wèi))

4、12——14。 第四單元的復(fù)習(xí)及作業(yè)練習(xí)。(王漪)

5、15——17 第五單元的復(fù)習(xí)及作業(yè)練習(xí)。(王漪)

6、19——21 第六單元的復(fù)習(xí)及作業(yè)練習(xí)。(王漪)

7、22————考試 綜合練習(xí)并歸類。
