為使今后的教學(xué)工作取得更大進(jìn)步,現(xiàn)對(duì)本學(xué)期的教學(xué)工作做一總結(jié)。
一、學(xué)習(xí)課標(biāo),明確教學(xué)目標(biāo)。
為了使我的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)適應(yīng)新時(shí)期英語(yǔ)教學(xué)要求、樹(shù)立起新的育人理念,我抽休息時(shí)間對(duì)《英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》進(jìn)行了研讀,了解了此次英語(yǔ)課程改革的目的、掌握了此次英語(yǔ)改革的重點(diǎn)、明確了英語(yǔ)課程各級(jí)的總目標(biāo)和各內(nèi)容的分級(jí)目標(biāo)、理解了英語(yǔ)教學(xué)原則、學(xué)會(huì)了一些科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)原則等,從而為后面的教學(xué)提供了充分的依據(jù)、奠定了的扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)、保證了教學(xué)的順利進(jìn)行。
二、扎實(shí)備課,理清教學(xué)思路。
備課是課堂教學(xué)的重要環(huán)節(jié),我在備課時(shí)做到了以下幾點(diǎn):
1、課前備課,做到“有備而來(lái)”。我認(rèn)真閱讀各種教學(xué)參考書(shū),既備教材、教法,又備學(xué)生。結(jié)合學(xué)生的實(shí)際和教材的內(nèi)容,既要考慮知識(shí)的縱向聯(lián)系,又要考慮新知的橫向銜接;既要突出重點(diǎn),又要突破難點(diǎn);既要體現(xiàn)出完整的教學(xué)過(guò)程,又要注意好各環(huán)節(jié)的過(guò)渡自然。
2、課中備課,靈活安排簡(jiǎn)單易操作的游戲活動(dòng)。我通過(guò)游戲引入新課教學(xué)時(shí),為了不打消學(xué)生的積極性,我在實(shí)施教學(xué)的時(shí)候,總是盡量設(shè)計(jì)一些簡(jiǎn)單易操作的游戲及活動(dòng),將教學(xué)內(nèi)容層層鋪開(kāi),把枯燥乏味的課堂變?yōu)樯鷦?dòng)有趣“快樂(lè)堡”,讓他們?cè)诳鞓?lè)中學(xué)習(xí),在玩中獲得新知,通過(guò)反復(fù)的趣味操練(如:唱、演、玩、畫(huà)、涂色、做手工等形式)來(lái)鞏固所學(xué)新知。在活動(dòng)中學(xué)生們都樂(lè)于參與,充分調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生們的情感態(tài)度和興趣,學(xué)生的積極性得到了充分發(fā)揮,教學(xué)效果良好。
3、課后備課,總結(jié)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。每上完一單元,我都及時(shí)對(duì)該單元作出總結(jié)和反思,寫(xiě)出教后感,肯定本節(jié)課成功的地方,探討該單元的不足之處,為以后的教學(xué)工作打下基礎(chǔ)。
三、認(rèn)真上課,體現(xiàn)以人為本。
《英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》提出“讓學(xué)生在教師的指導(dǎo)下,通過(guò)感知、體驗(yàn)、實(shí)踐、參與和合作等方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)任務(wù)的目標(biāo),感受成功?!边@便要求,英語(yǔ)課的教學(xué)要以學(xué)生為主,培養(yǎng)他們學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣,提高他們對(duì)詞匯、句型的聽(tīng)說(shuō)認(rèn)讀和語(yǔ)言實(shí)際運(yùn)用的能力。為此,我在實(shí)際的課堂教學(xué)中做了以下幾點(diǎn):
1、巧設(shè)導(dǎo)入,培養(yǎng)興趣。每節(jié)的教學(xué)我首先通過(guò)做游戲、唱英語(yǔ)歌來(lái)激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,讓學(xué)生融洽在學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的氛圍內(nèi)。
2、圖文結(jié)合,掌握新知。根據(jù)教材“圖文并茂”的特點(diǎn),充分運(yùn)用單詞卡片、實(shí)物教具、簡(jiǎn)筆畫(huà)及肢體語(yǔ)言來(lái)啟發(fā)學(xué)生,使學(xué)生帶著明確的任務(wù)目標(biāo),并借助圖片、動(dòng)作、表情等手段掌握其義,讓他們積極主動(dòng)參與學(xué)習(xí)獲取新知過(guò)程,培養(yǎng)他們學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣。在遇到難讀的單詞或句子時(shí),我不厭其煩,耐心教導(dǎo)學(xué)生認(rèn)讀,力爭(zhēng)讓他們學(xué)了就懂,懂了會(huì)用,培養(yǎng)他們認(rèn)讀的能力。在學(xué)習(xí)新知的同時(shí),還適時(shí)對(duì)他們進(jìn)行思想教育。
3、游戲活動(dòng),鞏固新知。在完成了每節(jié)課的新授任務(wù)后,抓住學(xué)生爭(zhēng)強(qiáng)好勝的心理,通過(guò)師生互動(dòng)、生生互動(dòng)的游戲活動(dòng)將教學(xué)內(nèi)容層層鋪開(kāi);為了尊重學(xué)生的個(gè)體差異,營(yíng)造寬松的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境,以簡(jiǎn)單易操作的趣味性、多樣化游戲?yàn)橹鱽?lái)實(shí)施教學(xué),讓學(xué)生進(jìn)行反復(fù)模仿、認(rèn)讀、玩演、視聽(tīng),從而給他們提供充分的活動(dòng)和交流機(jī)會(huì),讓學(xué)生在玩的過(guò)程中獲得新知,提高他們語(yǔ)言的運(yùn)用能力,培養(yǎng)他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。
4、通過(guò)聽(tīng),復(fù)習(xí)新知。我常在每節(jié)課結(jié)束的前5分鐘,讓學(xué)生聽(tīng)有關(guān)本節(jié)課教學(xué)內(nèi)容的聽(tīng)力練習(xí)。第一遍先認(rèn)真聽(tīng),第二遍邊聽(tīng)邊跟讀。在學(xué)生能聽(tīng)讀后并要求學(xué)生用相應(yīng)的肢體語(yǔ)言或動(dòng)作入情入境的來(lái)模仿、表演對(duì)話(huà)。在學(xué)生進(jìn)行合作學(xué)習(xí)、表演時(shí)及時(shí)給予示范和指導(dǎo),讓學(xué)生充分體驗(yàn)到成功的喜悅,體會(huì)到學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的樂(lè)趣。這樣既復(fù)習(xí)了本節(jié)課的知識(shí)要點(diǎn),又提高了同學(xué)們的聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力和讀音的準(zhǔn)確性,從而讓學(xué)生真正做到眼到、口到、心到、手到。
四、加強(qiáng)自學(xué),不斷積累知識(shí)。
由于本人在英語(yǔ)教學(xué)方面經(jīng)驗(yàn)還很欠缺,自己的知識(shí)又有限,在教學(xué)的同時(shí),用心收集有助于英語(yǔ)課堂教學(xué)的各種游戲資料,時(shí)常聽(tīng)錄音糾正自己的語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)。
五、努力總結(jié)和發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,及時(shí)調(diào)整教學(xué)策略
