在新的學(xué)期,初中英語(yǔ)教研組也有了新的面貌,在面對(duì)新的挑戰(zhàn),我們英語(yǔ)教研組,人人都充滿信心,在新的一年必定會(huì)取得新的成績(jī),現(xiàn)將工作計(jì)劃如下:
一、指導(dǎo)思想:
結(jié)合我校的實(shí)際情況和英語(yǔ)學(xué)科的特點(diǎn),以“一案三環(huán)六步”為抓手,把提高備課組的質(zhì)量作為主陣地,努力提高教師的教學(xué)理念和業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì),研究課堂,落實(shí)有效教學(xué),扎扎實(shí)實(shí)做好英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作,不斷提高英語(yǔ)課堂效率和質(zhì)量,創(chuàng)造一個(gè)教書(shū)育人和諧奮進(jìn)的優(yōu)良環(huán)境,全面提高我校的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)質(zhì)量。
二、工作目標(biāo):
總體目標(biāo):培養(yǎng)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)興趣,加強(qiáng)學(xué)法指導(dǎo),抓常態(tài)課堂、高效課堂,提高英語(yǔ)教學(xué)質(zhì)量。
三、具體工作:
1.加強(qiáng)理論學(xué)習(xí),不斷更新教育教學(xué)理念。組織本科組的教師深入學(xué)習(xí)《義務(wù)教育英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(20__年版)等相關(guān)的教育教學(xué)理論知識(shí),以先進(jìn)的教育理念指導(dǎo)自己的教育教學(xué)實(shí)踐,努力做到關(guān)注學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)成就的同時(shí),還要關(guān)注學(xué)生情感態(tài)度、行為方式的發(fā)展,注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的綜合實(shí)踐能力,全面提高學(xué)生的素質(zhì)。
2.加強(qiáng)集體備課,要做到有計(jì)劃、有目標(biāo)、有實(shí)效、不走形式,各備課組要做到每周備課一次,圍繞相關(guān)話題,展開(kāi)討論,做到定時(shí)定點(diǎn),并有活動(dòng)記錄。整個(gè)備課組要統(tǒng)一教學(xué)進(jìn)度,統(tǒng)一教學(xué)重難點(diǎn),統(tǒng)一作業(yè)內(nèi)容,做到有問(wèn)題,及時(shí)溝通,做好二次備課。力求做到有效備課,以集體的力量和智慧來(lái)提高全組教師的業(yè)務(wù)水平和教育教學(xué)能力。
3.進(jìn)一步落實(shí)與深化教學(xué)常規(guī),研究常態(tài)課堂,打造高效課堂。向45分鐘要效率。
4.按計(jì)劃上好研究課,做到個(gè)人備課與集體備課相結(jié)合,及時(shí)組織評(píng)議,加強(qiáng)教學(xué)方法研究,找出不足,共同學(xué)習(xí),共同進(jìn)步。
5.繼續(xù)研究英語(yǔ)課題《教師角色轉(zhuǎn)換與課堂師生互動(dòng)的研究》,組織教師學(xué)習(xí)研究,探討與課題有關(guān)的內(nèi)容,每位英語(yǔ)組教師必須寫一篇與之有關(guān)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)文章和上一堂公開(kāi)課。
6.繼續(xù)建設(shè)和完善本教研組課題的`資源庫(kù)。加強(qiáng)本組教師的教學(xué)案、教學(xué)反思、教學(xué)課件、試題的收集和整理。通過(guò)集體備課,公開(kāi)課、網(wǎng)上收集優(yōu)秀教案以及和外校交流等多種方式來(lái)豐富我組的資源庫(kù)。加強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)資源共享,提高我組教師的教育教學(xué)水平。
總之,本學(xué)期英語(yǔ)教研工作在確保落到實(shí)處,不走過(guò)場(chǎng),使每位英語(yǔ)教師都有業(yè)務(wù)上的真正進(jìn)步,使本校英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作能上一個(gè)新的臺(tái)階。
