When I started working on my current job,everyprocess was paper-based,and we handed 50 applications a day.
我剛開始現(xiàn)在的工作時，所有的流程都是紙上作業(yè)，我們一天要處理50份申請書。
I suggested to my boss to make the process electronic and paperless by scanning all our formsinto PDFand making them avaliable online.
于是我向上司建議，把我們所有的表格掃描成PDF文檔，然后發(fā)布到網(wǎng)上，將流程電子，無紙化。
Clients can download and print out the froms.
客戶可以在網(wǎng)上下載表格，然后打印出來。
Now our process is 50% paperless and much more efficient,and our clients are very happy withit.
現(xiàn)在，我們整個流程的50%已經(jīng)實現(xiàn)無紙化，也變得更加有效率。
Once e-signature becomes avaliable,the clients will be able to submit the forms online and ourprocess will be 100% paperless.
