B: She was intimidated by its height and the speed.

apprehensive: 基于現(xiàn)實(shí)考慮或理性分析而對未來有所擔(dān)憂或恐懼。
roller roaster: 過山車。
alarm: 充滿了恐懼的。
panic-stricken: 被恐懼鎮(zhèn)住的，幾乎做出失去理性且瘋狂的行為或反應(yīng)。
