Nowadays, with the rapid development of our society, almost all the graduates have to face a choice:to get a job first or to find the job you like first? As far as I am concerned, the graduates should get a job first and then choose the job they like. The reasons can be listed as follows:
First of all,for many students, even they themselves don’t know what kind of job they want to choose. For these students,to get a job first can help them find out their favorite job through trying different work. What’s more, the graduates are all under great employment pressure. There are thousands of graduates need to find their jobs every year.So if the graduates don’t get their jobs as soon as they leave the school, they will miss the best chance to get a job.Last but not least, one can accumulate experience and broaden horizons in his or her first job. It’s certain that these experiences will contribute to future job.As the famous saying goes “One should apply theory to practice.”,students should apply what they have learned in class to their jobs, thus enhancing their working skills.
Above all, nowadays under the greater employment pressure, the graduates should get a job first and then to choose the job they like.Since students can have a better understanding of what they like and gain experience in the first job.

How to choose a right career
Choosing the right career can be difficult, but having a defined career direction will help people with getting a suitable job. With hard work and correct methods, you can also accomplish that goal. Now I will explain these correct methods.
Before you start considering you job choice, you should test your skills first. If you are not sure what career you want, you might not be taking into account skills that you already have. Everybody is good at something, so try brainstorming and write a list of as many of your qualities as you can. You may think about factors like whether you prefer working alone or with others, and how these qualities can translate into a job.
After that, you can ask your family and friends what they think you are good at. It is because you may have skills that you are not even aware of. You can also try speaking to a career adviser. They will help you assess your skills and personality and enable you to develop ideas about careers options you had not thought of before.
Then it will come to the stage that you have to consider you job choice. You have to take the time to really consider and decide what your priorities are. You can think about factors like your expected salary, the distance you want to travel and whether a job offers long-term security. If you are a visual person you can try making a collage of your ideal visions for your future career. You can also consider the likelihood of finding employment in your chosen area. Many people know deep down what their dream job would be, but deny it because they think it would be too difficult to achieve, or because they are seeking approval from family or society.
Lastly, you can look for a job that suits you. Once you have an idea of what line of work you want to be in, it is important to do lots of research. Find out how active the jobs market is in that industry, and how the recruitment process usually works. Research local organisations to see if they have any opportunities for you to do the type of work you have decided on.
We are living in a fast pace world, we are under great pressure today. It is so important to find a good job, yet, as for everyone, choosing a good job is such a hard decision. One needs to think about many factors, I will show you the two main factors.
First, when choosing a job, interesting comes the first place. One can never do things well until he is really into them. Only interest can keep you work with enthusiasm and happily. Many guys choose jobs in a rush, having no time to think about what they really want, so they quit their jobs quickly. Such bad habit will bring them negative effect when they get interview next time.
Next, the position you choose must has a promising future. The work you do might not be in a good situation at first, but it must remain a huge space of promotion. We choose the job because we want to fight for our future, we want to get promoted after a certain time of work, the work sucks if we never have a chance to promote. Everyone deserves higher pay when they work hard, we need to store money for our plan, it is so naturally for us to be paid better.
Choosing a job, one has to be careful, because what you choose always decides what kind of person you are, what your future will be. Interest and chance are two main factors you need to pay attention to.
