In such a networked society, people are tend to use hot words on the internet, which has been tagged with fashion and trend. These buzzwords are formed with the popularity of internet, which means that without the internet those works make no sense. But we can't deny that they do enrich our communication words and contribute a lot in entertaining people. Internet buzzwords are extremely popular in the internet used by netizens, especially in the microblog, even in the students' examination paper.
In my point of view, internet buzzwords are undoubtedly hot and fashionable on the internet, but in the real life people are not so familiar with those words. Some people feel puzzled at those words. In other words, internet buzzwords can only make sense with the context of internet. Therefore, these words are limited in certain condition and can't be generalized for their unfamiliarity to some people. They aren't supposed to be encouraged in the students' examination paper, which is formal and should be taken seriously.
Dear Professor Whitman,
Last week you asked us to give you feedback on your lectures. My thoughts are outlined below.
In general, I find your lectures very informative and inspiring. Indeed, I particularly like the way you demonstrate complex issues-using simple PPTs. This makes your lessons both interesting and memorable. However, I do feel that you should provide us with more handouts, as I often don't have time to take down all the important points. I would also like to be involved in more class discussions, as I find that this method could deepen my understanding of the subject.
I'd like to thank you for your attention given to us. I look forward to your next lecture.
Yours sincerely,
Li Ming

In recent years, the office medias have pointed out that students' time spend in the library dropped tremendously from 30 hours a week to about 10 hours a week, while their time spend on the E-books soared from 15 hours a week to 28 hours a week.
There are probably a variety of reasons for this phenomenon. On the one hand,as smart phones and other mobile devices spread, people have been hooked on everything related to digital technology, paper books are increasingly replaced by digital ones. On the other hand,in this fast-paced culture, it enables people to get E-books more quickly and easily, and to carry more than one book by just one device.Digital books make it possible to read in pieces of time and to gain much more information and knowledge.
But E-books just like a two-edge-knife ,it has some disadvantages.First of all, reading on digital devices can lead to distractions, which will reduce immersive reading time and nagatively affect reading quality. What's more, the inconvenience of making notes make it impossible for readers to achieve critical understanding as well as deep thinking.
According to the previous discussions,we can come to the conclusion that much attention should be given to students' choice. On its own, digital book is neither good or nor bad;it depend on how students use it.
