最喜歡的節(jié)日 Favorite Holiday
My favorite holiday is New Year.It's a very important festival in Chinese cultrue.In fact,it's the highlight of the year.Everyone returns home for a family reunion.We have a big feast and chat about all the things that have happened in our lives.People also visit each other.We exchange gifts and good wishes for the next year.
我最喜歡的節(jié)日是春節(jié)。它在中國(guó)文化中是很重要的節(jié)日。事實(shí)上，它是每年的亮點(diǎn)。每個(gè)人都回家與家人團(tuán)聚。我們有一個(gè)盛大的宴會(huì)，聊所有發(fā)生在我們生活中的事。人們互相拜訪，交換禮物，為新的一年祝福。
New Year is especially fun for kids.That's because we get presents and treats,including red envelopes filled with money.We also get to set off fireworks.But we never forget that this holiday is a time to give thanks.We feel grateful for our family and the things that we have.Finally,we think about the future and the great year ahead.

飼養(yǎng)寵物Keeping pets
Some people think that keeping pets is a good thing. They say that it is an hobby which should had. They also claim that pets make lives more colorful and entertaining for both women and men.
有些人認(rèn)為養(yǎng)寵物是一件美好的事情。他們說(shuō)，(養(yǎng)寵物)是一個(gè)應(yīng)該有的愛(ài)好。他們也聲稱養(yǎng)寵物可以使生活更加多彩，并給男性和女性帶來(lái)更多娛樂(lè)。
On the other hand, there are many people who say that pets should be banned. They point out that pets are responsible for disease which hurt property, and for injuries suffered both by the people who kept them and by innocent other people. They also say that pets are a waste of money and resources.
另一方面，也有很多人說(shuō)應(yīng)該禁止養(yǎng)寵物。他們指出寵物是造成傷害(身體)性能疾病的原因，并且會(huì)使養(yǎng)寵物的人和其他無(wú)辜的人受傷。他們也說(shuō)，養(yǎng)寵物是一個(gè)浪費(fèi)錢(qián)和資源(的事)。
My own point of view is that we should had the hobby of keeping pets. While at the same time making them harmless. In addition, we should restrict the keeping the pets to some area.
我的觀點(diǎn)是我們應(yīng)該有養(yǎng)寵物的愛(ài)好。但同時(shí)要盡量使它們成為無(wú)害的。另外，我們應(yīng)該在某些區(qū)域內(nèi)禁止養(yǎng)寵物。
成功的秘訣
Once I asked my father what the secret of success was. He didn't say a word, but wrote a few words on a piece of paper and handed it to me. I looked at the paper. on it was written:A=X+Y+Z.
有一次我問(wèn)我的爸爸成功的秘密是什么。他什么都沒(méi)說(shuō)，不過(guò)在一張紙上寫(xiě)了一些字人，然后把紙給了我。我看著那張紙，上面寫(xiě)著A=X+Y+Z。
"What does it mean?"I asked.
“那是什么意思?”我問(wèn)道
"A means success, ”explained my father. "X means hard, Y means good ways, and Z means you must stop talking and start to work."
“A的意思是成功，”爸爸解釋說(shuō)“X的意思是努力，Y的意思是好的方法，Z的意思是你必須停下來(lái)說(shuō)話去工作。”
That's right. From then on, I tried my best to be better.
