摘錄:像一個(gè)老板一樣(即使你不是)--你就是你自己生活中的老板。在去學(xué)校/大學(xué)/辦公室的路上,手拿一杯咖啡(或是一個(gè)水果)。想象你今天要做完哪些事,給自己制定一些計(jì)劃。并按計(jì)劃執(zhí)行,你會(huì)為你所做的事情而驕傲的。回到家、放松之后又可以計(jì)劃第二天的事項(xiàng)。連續(xù)這樣做,一陣子之后你的自信心會(huì)因此而增強(qiáng),更能經(jīng)受住外界給你的考驗(yàn)。

首先我要說(shuō)的是這里只有4個(gè)點(diǎn),人們都喜歡有很多個(gè)點(diǎn)的文章,因?yàn)檫@樣他們能不停地發(fā)現(xiàn)自己哪里出了問(wèn)題,并能盡快改正。那些步驟只會(huì)浪費(fèi)時(shí)間。
To begin with, there are only 4 points. People tend to read articles with many points so that they can continuously discover what’s wrong with them and change it ASAP. Those sessions ultimately waste the rest of the day, and pretty much the next few too.
所以這里4個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單基本的點(diǎn)會(huì)讓你感覺(jué)到更加舒適。
So here are 4 basic and simple ‘must adopt’ points that will help you feel more cozy around yourself.
1.Write a journal.
Why? Because you can write your heart out and no one gets to know how you are feeling. Cry, laugh, move back in time, or forward, ponder over a thought or a feeling. Write it out!

為什么?因?yàn)槟憧梢园炎约旱男穆晫?xiě)出來(lái),沒(méi)有人知道你的感覺(jué)。哭、笑、回憶過(guò)去或是期盼未來(lái)、思考或是感覺(jué)。都將其寫(xiě)下來(lái)。
2.Read a book you used to when you were a child. You will go back to when you were just another kid who was free of all life’s complexities. If not your childhood, pick any time of your life you felt genuinely happy and blend it in with your present.
讀那些孩提時(shí)讀過(guò)的書(shū)。你會(huì)回到孩提時(shí)那種不知世事艱難的時(shí)光。如果最開(kāi)心的時(shí)候不是孩提時(shí)代,那就選你覺(jué)得最快樂(lè)的時(shí)候讀的書(shū),讓現(xiàn)在也快樂(lè)起來(lái)。
3.Write for a site like this. You’re not only helping other people, but are probably solving your own problems simultaneously. When we overthink about our problems, we tend to lose the strategy to solve it. But when you want to help others like yourself, in order to show them the right path, you discover your own right one too.
像這樣為某個(gè)網(wǎng)站寫(xiě)點(diǎn)什么東西。不僅能幫助他人,也許還能解決你自己的問(wèn)題。當(dāng)我們過(guò)多的思考自己的問(wèn)題的時(shí)候,我們就會(huì)失去解決問(wèn)題的能力。但是如果你是想做自己事情一樣幫助的別人,為了給他人選擇一條更正確的道路,你會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)你自己也能走在正確的道路上。
4.Feel like a boss (Even if you aren’t one)- You are the boss of your own life. On your way to school/college/office, grab a Starbucks (or a simple fruit)。 Think about what you have to achieve today and make a game plan on your way. Stick by it and feel proud that you did it! Now go back home and relax and plan for the next day. Continue doing this and in the long run, it will boost your confidence and make you more resistant to the world.

Adopt these, and you will accept yourself better. Once that is done, you will stop bothering about others and just live for yourself, shutting out rest of the world and feeling more complete and independent.
做完這些之后,你能做到更好的自己。做完這些以后,你不會(huì)再因某人而抱怨,只為自己而活,不會(huì)有抵觸情緒、感覺(jué)自己更完美更獨(dú)立。
