自我增值的方式
As the saying that it is never too late to learn, people are advocated to learn all their lives. Today the world is changing fast, if we get satisfied and stop to improve ourselves, then we will be kicked out soon, so self-improvement are in need of. Reading is the most effective way to get improved. Books provide us all kinds of knowledge, we can know better about the world and make ourselves the smart persons. Another way is to go to the gym. Doing exercise not only makes us look perfect, but also helps us live the healthy lifestyle. So many people work in the office and don't have the time to exercise, so they get sick easily. Only the strong body can make people live well. Reading and taking exercise are the best ways to get self-improvement, it also cost less.

責(zé)任大于山 Responsibility Comes First
Early in the morning, I opened my computer and read the news. There was the news about a driver had the heart disease attack when he was driving the bus, there were more than 40 people in the bus. The driver stopped the bus off the road and then stopped his breath. I was so touched by the driver, in the emergency situation, he considered the passengers' lives in the first place. It is his sense of responsibility that makes him to do it. The driver sets the good example to the public, he shows the importance of responsibility. No matter what we do, we should not forget about taking our responsibility. If people don't take their own responsibility, then things will be out of order, the world will be in the mess. Responsibility always comes first.
一大早，我就打開電腦看新聞。有一則消息是關(guān)于一個(gè)司機(jī)在開車時(shí)心臟病發(fā)作，車上有超過40個(gè)人。司機(jī)把車開在了路邊，然后停止了呼吸。我被這位司機(jī)感動(dòng)，在緊急的情況下，他把乘客的生命放在第一位。正是他的責(zé)任感讓他這樣做。司機(jī)給大眾樹立了好榜樣，他展示了責(zé)任的重要性。無論我們做什么，都不應(yīng)該忘記履行我們的職責(zé)。如果人們不這樣做，事情就會(huì)出亂，世界就會(huì)陷入混亂。責(zé)任大于山。

Nowadays, with the development of high technology, smart phone is very popular among the high school students. The smart phone once was thought to be forbidden using in the class, now has become very common tool for students. A lot of students keep their eyes on the phone all the time, even in the class, they still check on it. Teachers are upset about this situation, because they feel most students ignoring them when they are passing the knowledge. Some teacher think it is time to let the students hand in their smart phones in the class and after class, these communicational tool will be turned back. I don't think it is a good idea. Even for the teachers, they count on their phones so much, let alone for the students. The teachers should improve their teaching method to catch the students' interest.
