Mid-autumn Festival is a popular and important lunar harvest festival celebrated by Chinese people. The festival is held on the 15thday of the eighth month in the Chinese calendar. There are some traditions in this holiday. For example, people would have a big dinner with their families. After dinner, they often enjoy the full moon which is round and bright. The other tradition of mid-autumn festival is eating moon cake. Moon cake is the essential of that day, which means reunion. As time goes by, there are various kinds of moon cakes, but they are much more expensive than before. I like mid-autumn festival because my families will get together and have a big dinner on that day.
中秋節(jié)是中國人慶祝豐收的重要的農(nóng)歷節(jié)日,很受歡迎。這個節(jié)日在中國日歷8月15號這天舉行。這一天有一些傳統(tǒng)。比如說,人們會與家人共進豐盛的晚餐。晚飯過后,他們通常欣賞又亮又圓的滿月。中秋節(jié)的另一個傳統(tǒng)是吃月餅。月餅是中秋節(jié)的必備品,象征著團圓。隨著時間的流逝,月餅的種類繁多,但是也比以前更貴了。我喜歡中秋節(jié)是因為在那一天我的家人會聚在一起吃豐盛的晚餐。

Mid-Autumn Day,all the country is celebrating. The streets are full of people, the loves are holding each other tightily.Everyone has his day.However,I am lonely.No one to hold,no one to kiss,no ont to talk!
I was walking around the street without purpose,seeing the lovers kissing,watching the fireworkes alone,walking backe room whist.
Suddenly,i think i must be good to myself.So i decied to bue a present to myself.I know I will be good soon,and will find my Mr.Right.So tonight, a little teddy bear will sleep with me.And i know:i will have another teddy bear as a present that not bought from myself!!!

The Mid-Autumn Festival
The Mid-Autumn is a very important Chinese festival. It falls on the 15th day of August. A few days before the festival, everyone in the family will help to make the house clean and beautiful. Lanterns will be hung in front of the house.
On the evening there will be a big family dinner. People who work far away from their homes will try to come back for the union. After dinner, people will light the lanterns which are usually red and round. Children will play with their own toy lanterns happily.
At night the moon is usually round and bright. People can enjoy the moon while eating moon-cakes which are the special food for this festival. They can look back on the past and look forward to the future together. It is said that there was a dragon in the sky. The dragon wanted to swallow up the moon. To protect the frighten the dragon away.
THE MOON
The world is enveloped in moonlight. A poetic feeling arises and softnepervades the atmosphere. At this time, a breeze of ten accompanies the silvery light of the moon and gives the world a peculiar appearance and the people a peculiar feeling. The air is suffused with a sweet scent, driving away the uglineand squal or of the daytime, soothing the distressed and wretched souls. If you sing a song, your voice will reach the clouds.
If you read a poem, it will echo in the mountains and valleys far away. If you hum a lullaby, its rhythm will send the whole sleeplecity to dreams.

The Middle-Autumn Festival is one of the traditional Chinese festivals, it is often held in September or October. During the festival, family members get united and have mooncakes together. THere are various kind of mooncakes, such as bean paste, egg-yolk or meat. The shape of a mooncake is round as it symbolizes a big moon. Moreover, in the evening of the Middle-Autumn Festival, people get together in a vacant place, eating delicious mooncakes while appreciating the beautiful moon hanging in the dark sky. To conclude, the Midde-Autumn Festival is a very nice festival for Chinese people.
